GOOD TO KNOW
A few things
before we say hello.
Your timetable. Your privacy.
Your university login stays in device Keychain storage and goes only to the university. No developer server. No analytics in the app.
When can I download LanPlan?
LanPlan is coming soon to iPhone. Follow @lanplanapp on Instagram for progress and launch news. We’ll share the App Store link when it’s ready.
Who is LanPlan for?
LanPlan is being built for students using the University of Lancashire’s weekly timetable. It’s an independent student app, not an official university product. Wider compatibility is still being tested before launch.
Do I have to use Apple Calendar?
No. You can view and refresh your timetable entirely within LanPlan. Apple Calendar export is optional and available on both Free and Pro. Any exported events sync through your chosen calendar provider.
Will it find every exam?
The Pro shortcut searches the next 12 weeks of your timetable for a broad set of exam and assessment terms. It can include revision or mock sessions, and cannot find dates that haven’t been published or are listed elsewhere. Your university’s official assessment information remains the source to check.

How we use your email
LanPlan uses Brevo to store your email address, confirmation status and news preference, and to send the launch notification and any updates you choose. The signup form is hosted by Brevo, which also processes technical request data to operate the service. This is separate from your university login and timetable; those are not collected by this form.
We keep your subscription while needed for the updates you request. Unsubscribe using the link in our emails, or contact support@lanplanapp.co.uk to request deletion. A suppression record may be retained to honour your unsubscribe choice. Brevo privacy information.
